A Rock Maple Hutch

I bought this vintage Temple Stuart rock maple hutch at a local indoor flea market last week. I've been having a lot of luck there lately; it's also where I got the cedar chest that was in the last post.
The hutch is so well built, and even though it's sixty some odd years old, it's in perfect condition, just needed a new look. I painted the entire piece in a minty pistachio green, distressed, and finished with a dark wax. The pictures don't quite do justice to how deep and saturated the color is. I painted the interior in a fresh white, and swapped out the boring dark drawer pulls for polish nickel hardware. The top was sanded, stained, and sealed and is so smooth a flawless you can see it reflecting the blue green glass in several of these pictures. The top is also removable for easy transport.
This one's available for purchase and has not yet been spoken for!

This was the quickest post ever, so forgive any typos. I wanted to put it up before I left for the Winter Antiques Show- which I'm doing in about an hour... and I haven't packed or showered yet! Egad!
