About a month ago I picked up two dining tables on a house call. One of them was an early 20th century oak library table that I've refinished and is now my dining room table. The other was a beyond beautiful, stop you in your tracks amazing farm table. It breaks my heart, but it's just a little too big to fit in my little dining room (curses that I don't own a huge antique house yet!), so I'm going to have to let it go. It's solid oak, or possibly chestnut, and it's in perfect condition. It dates to about 1875-1900 I'd say. The dimensions, turnings, everything is just so wonderful. I did a little work on the surface of the top, but otherwise It didn't require too much. I just thought you'd like to see some pictures of it :) It's for sale on Craigslist, so just shoot me an email if you're interested!
Oh my goodness, this is gorgeous! And just what I'm looking for, but it's probably long gone and I don't even know where you're located. Please let me know if it's available and what state you live in, lol. Dimensions too pls ;)

Thanks for your post. I'm afraid the table did indeed find a new home many months ago. I loved it too- but it was too big for my dining room :(. Happy Hunting- I'm sure the right one will come along soon!
