Frank M Lincoln was born in Windham Connecticut in 1881. The 1900 census shows him living with his parents on North Street in Willimantic, and employed as a clerk. By 1930, He is renting a space at 33 Church Street in Willimantic, CT, and by the 1940 census he is living once more on North Street in Willimantic with his wife, Elizabeth, working as an insurance manager.
