Rolling Shoe Racks, a love affair

If you read my previous post from Saturday, you know that I picked up a gorgeous authentic antique rolling rack at the Brimfield flea market. These racks were used to dry the glue on newly made shoes. Mine is still caked with glue, but it's so gorgeous anyway. I currently have it in my kitchen, but I'm now thinking of moving it upstairs to store blankets and towels. decisions, decisions. While mulling over the placement of my rolling rack, I thought we could admire images of other beautiful antique racks. They're so bold and versatile! I'm pleased as punch that I finally own one :)
neat and tidy, this rolling rack holds fresh white towels.

This rolling rack is packed to the rafters with vintage goodies!

Looks like I'm not the only one doing schoolhouse chic style! Love that map of South America in the background too!

I don't usually go for shabby chic, but with all that beautiful ironstone, this rolling rack is sooo adorable.

With a nice collection of vintage stoneware and kitchen accessories, this rack is quite charming and useful.

Another shot of my rolling rack.
