Antiquing in Maine Part 2

There were so many pictures that I decided to break it up into two sections. Here's part two of my favorites from Maine.

A spectacular antique oil on canvas

Such a nice vintage farm sign

This column is far superior to the column I currently have in my living room

I adored this oil landscape. Reminds me of better weather, warm summer days.

I loved this oil on canvas of a pensive young lady with pet birds

Duck soup tureen - so fun!

Pretty transferware plate

This still life was particularly appealing, with great color and sharp form

One of these days I'm going to start collecting antique pet portraits.

Antique painter's box.

Wonderful antique trade sign

And another terrific sign

And another. I love signs.

And two pretty snaps I took from the car on the drive back up the shore.

My parents are so lucky to live in such a remarkably beautiful place!

  1. When my husband and I were dating, we took a week-long trip to Maine, and even though I HATE the cold, I still say to this day that I could live in Maine. I absolutely loved it there. I'd visit every year if I could afford it. Glad you enjoyed yourself!

  2. Is the painting of the springer spaniel for sale?
