Merlot Red and Apple Green

I picked up this wonderful solid pine sideboard on Friday and got to work straight away. I sanded the entire piece and then stained and sealed the top. I painted the case a rich warm red, called merlot, which is my very favorite red in the world. I painted the interior in a creamy light apple green, and then reapplied the original handsomely turned wood pulls. Can't you just picture your Thanksgiving Day spread all laid out on this beauty!
