I'm always on the hunt for unique and special objects and furniture, and I'm delighted to assist you in finding that special piece that will complete your room.

Policies
(Just a few little rules to make things run smoothly!)
- We are happy to hold furniture for a client, but require a non refundable 25% deposit to do so. Furniture is not formally spoken for or reserved until said deposit has been received.

- After furniture has been reserved Heir and Space cannot hold furniture on site longer than two weeks. If a client fails to pick up furniture within the two week window a $10 per week fee will be added to the remaining balance of the piece. If the furniture is not picked up within forty five days, the client forfeits the deposit.

- We ask that you please arrive as on time as possible for appointments, if your plans change, just give us a heads up we try hard to be flexible with scheduling.

- Heir and Space is not liable for any damage that occurs to furniture after it has left our possession. We encourage clients to bring all the proper packing and shipping materials as well as a suitable vehicle when they pick up furniture.

- Antique and vintage furniture will inherently have some irregularities, and that's what makes each piece charming and unique. We do our best to ensure that all pieces are in excellent condition upon sale, but ask that clients fully inspect pieces before purchase as all sales are final.
